Labellised "Vineyards and Discoveries", this hostel - with limited capacity in the number of tables - offers traditional cuisine through menus developed mainly fresh, it agrees. Needless to say, the joy of discovering the culinary proposals that vary over the seasons, and that is what makes all the charm of this Golden Apple, the well appointed. According to the moment you will pass there, right will be you to festob diverse but chosen game, notwithstanding the fish is not worth it and the part is beautiful for the Saint-Jacques whose famous path is not so far away, moreover… Cooking reconciles opposites and that's all the charm of this place. The wine list is taking its course, in other words, beautiful alliances bold in perspective… A welcoming address that must not be missed.

OUI Mais, les quantités sont très minimales, en particulier la mise en bouche (petits pots et peu de choses dedans), le plat principal (poisson très bien cuisiné mais petite part avec un garnissage légumes mini mini pour ne pas dire plus) et le dessert un grand plat avec au fond un biscuit travaillé excellent, mais minuscule il faut le chercher .... 5 x 5 x 1 cm !.
Le café une mini tasse avec un fond de café ! accompagné d'un biscuit...à partager ...en 2 !.
Les vins sont chers, un vin local Pouilly sur Loire prix le plus bas 45 €.
En conclusion, une cuisine recherchée de haute qualité, mais les portions sont trop faibles pour avoir envie de revenir.
