Franck Cosyns is the pastry maker of your receptions and special events.
It is an artist who will prepare your wedding for your wedding, and you can choose the form and match the colours of your decoration. All your ideas can be reproduced. For sugar, you will have the choice. Franck proposes the Sugar Medici and their palette of more than twenty colours: vernis chocolate, mini-hearts with milk chocolate, or Sugar almonds. To highlight these products, you will find all kinds of test tubes, small glass pots, ice cones, traditional containers, or marine theme. They can even be personalized with your names and the date of the celebrated event. Franck will give you all the opportunities of trains, cars or supports for your containers and tubes. All year round, the pastry offers you numerous specialties: meringuettes, tender and scented macaroons, pavés pavés (laminated pralines coated with chocolate), rockeries (caramelized almond sticks and coated with black, white and milk chocolate), fine chocolates manufactured with chocolate Valrhona… Some individual pastries are offered every day. The establishment is also a famous bakery where you can buy panettone, a tradition of tradition, a cup of bread, a leaven, or a amandoise baguette.
