It's an unusual farm we're dealing with here. Firstly, it's right opposite the "Tour de Vesvre", an excellent meeting point, among others, when you're in Neuvy-Deux-Clochers. Secondly, it's not new. Indeed, owner Philippe Custodio often tells the story of his family and his farm when people visit him to buy his delicious goat cheeses. It has to be said that he has a passion for these animals, and the goats love him for it. He often wins awards for the meticulous preparation of his varieties, including the beautiful crottin/bûche/pyramide trilogy, made with Chavignol AOC. And it's well deserved, since he produces his own forage and cereals to feed his goats, which is easy to deduce from the quality of the milk he receives. Those who have tasted the creaminess of his artisanal products will continue to do so! Chèvrerie de la Tour cheeses... a must-see!
