In five generations, Domaine Philippe Gilbert has carved out a great reputation. It now covers 28 hectares, which has been conduit since 2006. The family estate in the heart of AOC menetou-salon produces two vintages: the Domaine de la Domaine, which distinguishes itself from fresh and balanced wines that you will find in the three colours, and the Cuvée, normally and high in barrels with a harvest from the oldest vineyards of the estate which this time offers complex and powerful wines (white and red). The pleasure of tasting continues at the restaurant - wine bar Fluteau imagined by Philippe Gilbert. A very nice address on one of the most beautiful slopes of the department, which cultivates both a deep respect for nature and a beautiful philosophy of life.
