Behind the hills of Sancerre, La Brissauderie is a unique traditional farm rich in discoveries. Magali and Dominique, passionate farmers and producers, will explain the daily life of goats and show you the different stages in the making of their goat cheese, such as the crottin de Chavignol, matured for a minimum of 10 days. You can visit the farm, watch the milking every day at 5pm and buy products in the shop.
