At 5 minutes north of Bourges, nine local producers joined together to offer their farmers' products - and those of some fifty regional producers - in one shop. As indicated in the words set in the name set by the shop, Le Pré des Ferme allows the customer to be close to the farms and producers because they are the ones who are running to keep the store and thus buy good local produce from responsible agriculture without intermediate. The range consists of beef, veal, lamb, pork, rabbit, poultry, meat meats, snails, vegetables, fruits, fruit, milk products (goat and cow cheeses, butter butter, raw milk…), wines… Futé confirms the freshness and quality of the products. A radius of organic vegetables is also present, with some recipes deposited here and there in the middle of seasonal fruits and vegetables, a good way to vary our classics or learn to use the so-called "forgotten" vegetables. With the butternut squash, Futé concocted a curry mastery of curry squash that made the eels accompanied by veal escalopes to the Milanese. The ice on the farm is a real delight. The catering service is gradually developing with sauces, fridges, mixed meat… An address sustained high by our dear Renard!
