Read moreLocated in Crézancy-en-Sancerre, just 10 kilometers from Sancerre, Domaine des Caves du Prieuré / Guillerault-Fargette is a winery offering wine tasting. The vineyard covers 21 hectares and is planted mainly with two grape varieties: Sauvignon (for white Sancerre), which accounts for 70% of the vineyard, and Pinot Noir (for red and rosé Sancerre) for the remaining 30%. The estate also offers individual tours lasting an average of 30 minutes, as well as guided tours on request for groups, lasting an average of one hour. Tastings are free of charge for individual visitors, and chargeable for groups.

The cellar will be built in 1981 by Daniel and Josette Millet before their two sons Sébastien and Nicolas joined them in the early 2000 s. The area now covers 18 ha, where four white wines, two red wines and one rosé are produced.
