LE SAINT-HUBERT
Located in the heart of the tiny Bussy village, just one kilometre from Dun-sur-Auron, the Saint-Hubert is an address like Petit Smart. This charming restaurant with a sober façade offers traditional and tasty cuisine. While sitting in the kitchen, Mrs. attends the room, smiles at the lips. An hors d'oeuvre buffet and a buffet of desserts have been put in place. They integrate both in the lunch menu and in the map. Hot entrance side is eaten with a chausson of snails and garlic cream or a pan of frogs'legs. Then we have the choice between grilled (andouillette, beef, tender… with homemade sauce) and dishes. Calf head sauce sauce, duck magret with green peppers, affectionately stuffed in Viennese with gingerbread and orange butter… Excellent and generous traditional cuisine. In dessert, chocolate sweetness, lemon cream, fine pie and its vanilla ice… In summer, the house offers a cheese menu every Sunday evening: buffet of hors d'oeuvres, choice omelet, white cheese and its accompaniments. An original formula to be tasted on the quiet terrassse.
