In this hostel at the bottom of a hill, between river and forest, we prepare various dishes that will pleasantly surprise your taste buds: roast bar filet on peau vanilla skin and sweet potato purée, veal coast prepared in foin in hay, ice charlotte, coffee muslin, Paris-bruère, regional adapation in the Paris-brest, not forgetting that Colette and Pascal offer you for your family or group meals to make Norwegian mesure tailor-made. On the Terrace you can admire the Abbaye abbey in the background.
