The Cellar Romane is located in a beautiful old farm. It is a grouping of 15 quincy producers, almost half of the areas in the name. They mutualize the equipment but produce their own sauvignon. The beautiful establishment once welcomed the stables of the castle of Brinay and now opens on a beautiful tasting cellar where all are welcome to discover the aromas of the quincy. This sauvigunm seduced by its lively and fresh character, its refined bouquet and its fruity shells. Coming to the Cellar Romane, you will have the pleasure of discovering wines from several areas according to your taste: drier, more round… An oenologist will guide you in your choices. Now you can also enjoy a few reuilly and shimmering. On the floor of the cellar, in an exceptional setting, exhibitions are held throughout the year: Painters, sculptors, potters and craftsmen awaken our curiosity and admiration. But this exhibition space is open only on Sundays and holidays.
