Prestigious estates welcome us on this educational trail: Domaine Jean-Michel Sorbe, Domaine Pierre Duret, and Domaine Joseph Mellot. The tour offers several themes: the Vine - a discovery tour through the grape varieties, pruning and the different seasonal works -, the Wine - from the press to the bottling, all the steps of the wine making are presented -, the Taste - the art and the way to taste. An outdoor educational trail and a tasting room are available to all those who want to know more.
