Located near the hospice, this convent founded in 1616 for ermites of strict observance of Saint Augustin, known as black Augustins, to distinguish them from the cannon of the Priory, preserved its cloister of stone and brick, as well as the staircase of stairs. The chapel in the north was demolished. A glance is worth looking in order to scrutinize the quality of this construction, typical of the architecture of Berrichan during the same time, ginned around the solognot landscape and thus a visual unit for any discerning traveler. Sold in 1792, it was bought back in 1818 by the city. The gardens established in 1861 now provide opportunities for various events for the associations hosted by the city hall.
