The hotel resort of Le Cardinal seems to be set on the heights of Port de Sauzon. The view is sublime! What is given off is a great feeling of peace and iodine: Come and relax at Le Cardinal in Sauzon! In one of the 40 rooms facing the sea and 26 with sea and terrace, you can rest in total peace. After a hearty breakfast, beach, swimming pool, spa and long walks are scheduled before coming to eat in one of the two establishments of the hotel. Many seminars and receptions are held at Le Cardinal; could the view and the quality of the restaurant be the reason? At the restaurant, the seafood buffet made its reputation for its quality/price ratio. Served only in the evening, this buffet offers: fresh starters and dishes based on seafood, fish soup, crab, lobster, homemade dessert, all-you-can-eat organic wine. Booking is strongly recommended as requests are numerous. The "le café bleu" brasserie at 30 metres from the main building is only open at lunchtime. Everything is homemade there: sea sauerkraut, mussels, menu formula. A superb hotel at the top of Sauzon!
