Created more than 20 years ago, Sillages is a school that initiates the practice of sea kayaking and stand up paddle. It offers walks, hikes, traineeships for development. Accessible to all, this activity can be practiced from 8 years, without great physical condition. The benefits are always guided by sea guides, graduates, experienced and passionate. Each session starts on the beach with a small technical initiation to the handling of the paddle and the use of the kayak. I know the peninsula, at least I think it at sea... This exit made me rediscover a completely different from my childhood memories. Of downstairs, everything is more majestic, and kayaking gives you this unique opportunity to pack in unexpected places from the ground. Contact with nature is particularly privileged and information of the instructors is both technical and environmental appearance. You will learn while discovering a fabulous landscape. Moreover, it is much easier than I imagined at the beginning and equipment is of excellent quality. I will freshen up without any problem.
