HOLY TRINITY CHURCH

The Church Sainte-Trinité is one of the oldest churches of the department because it dates back from the eleventh century and was rebuilt in the fifteenth century. It has many elements of Romanesque art and is still surrounded by its cemetery. Inside, you can see pieces of frescoes and several figurines aimed at driving away evil spirits. Its impressive size which has three transepts extended to the bottom of the choir aisles, is an indication that Calan was an important place of worship.
