From October to the end of March, open from Friday evening to Sunday lunchtime. Park label of the PNR du Golfe du Morbihan. Reservation recommended. Tasting : 15 € approximately. Groups welcome (28 people maximum on board, by reservation only). Terrace. Take away sale. Parking lot.

A family history
This incomparable Toulverne oyster has been in our oyster-farming family since 1869, in Baden in the Gulf of Morbihan.
My name is Ivan SELO and I represent the fifth generation of the family.
We produce 100% natural oysters. Our oyster has won several awards.
These include two silver medals at the Salon International de l'Agriculture in Paris in 2017 and 2019, a silver medal in 2018 and a gold medal in 2019 at the Tablées du Rheu, a silver medal in 2019 at the Salon Gastronomique in Le Pouliguen and finally two silver medals at the Tablées du Rheu in 2023 for our flat and hollow oysters.
