Restaurant with a friendly atmosphere in Auray focusing on an inventive cuisine of quality with good products and wines.
To access the restaurant La Fromentine, the best way is to park in the car park of Les Halles and to go down towards the port by the rue du Château which is pedestrian. In the summer, the pretty little tables nestling under the plane trees await you. Here, at noon and in the evening, the halls fill up with regulars. The atmosphere is very good and will please those who like to take their time while tasting good wines and good products. The formulas promise "inventive cuisine for a tasteful and quality stopover" and you won't be disappointed!

Un arrêt rapide durant la pause méridienne, mais qui aurait bien aimé se prolonger, tant lez mets sont très bons et bien présentés. Le gâteau de foie en entrée (photo) est exquis. Les rognons de veau sont très bien cuisinés. Une adresse à conserver dans ses tablettes ????????

De belles assiettes bonne mais sans plus. nous n'avons pas aimé l'ambiance ( les uns sur les autres) et le service (mou quandy a du monde).
