Jolie concession toute neuve avec un choix de véhicules neufs et d'occasion intéressant. Tarifs révision et entretien chers. Accueil du service atelier exécrable doublé d'une incompétence certaine. Ils laissent poireauter les clients et sont limite condescendants... L'un d'eux en particulier. J'étais venue pour un claquement au braquage et il m'a dit que c'était un bruit normal et qu'elle devait le faire depuis l'origine (mon véhicule a tout juste un an), or je sais que non. Du coup je me suis rendue à la concession de St Herblain où j'ai été très bien reçue et mon problème de claquement solutionné
