Chateau with magnificent parklands in two different styles and a wildlife park.

The castle of La Rouërie dates from the 18th century and is registered as a historical monument. The Marquis of Fougères Charles-Armand Tuffin de La Rouërie grew up there. He was a hero of the American War of Independence who devoted himself to Brittany and to King Louis XVI. You will discover a magnificent park laid out in two different styles (French garden in the east and English garden in the west) as well as an animal park with a sheepfold where the most beautiful breeds of sheep in the world graze (Holland, England...). Allow one to two hours for the walk.

Quel lieu.... chargé de très belles énergies... quel bonheur d'officier un mariage sous le préau de la grange, cocktail face au Château....il y a même une nursery pour permettre à la baby situer de sécuriser la garde des bambins! J'ai ADORÉ !
