At Ferme Celtique we raise our animals (Angus beef, Celtic pork) in total freedom on our 32 hectares of certified organic natural meadows. ????????????

We have chosen to conserve and preserve our trees, hedges and embankments so that our animals can find food, protect themselves from bad weather and give birth discreetly in these natural shelters.

Our meadows are biodiversity reserves, a conservatory for flora and a refuge for fauna.

The flora is made up of a multitude of plants: species such as white clover, plantain, dandelion have come to integrate with the existing grass. They provide the bulk of our animals' natural diet, giving a subtle taste to the meat. The numerous hedgerows provide nettles, acorns, chestnuts, plums, apples, walnuts and hazelnuts, which our pigs love to eat throughout the seasons.

The fauna is made up of a multitude of insects such as, bees happy to forage our flowers, birds loving to nest in the embankments and hedgerows, such as little owls and skylarks.

We ensure that our animals have a slow, balanced growth, without growth promoters or synthetic products, in an environment free of all pesticides and chemical inputs to guarantee total ethics in our profession and absolute transparency to our customers.

Our philosophy:

To respect the Earth by raising our animals on it, taking advantage of what nature offers us without damaging it, enhancing it naturally by regulating the cycle of life and its ecosystem; to introduce consumers to a healthier, more ethical approach to consuming and eating by coming to meet the producer, discovering the animals there in their natural environment, while raising awareness about "Let's think about tomorrow" with its ecological dimension and protecting our traditions of yesteryear.
