What a welcome in this little lab that exudes friendliness! Monica is a real human encyclopedia of the Russian drink. She shares with us her taste for the "little water" (which means vodka in Russian) and takes us behind the scenes of its origin... from the distillation method to its composition. We even find the purest vodka (distilled 34 times), which was produced by Frédéric Beigbeder (Le Philtre), the one aged in barrels, which can be found on Polish tables (Soplica) and even the one produced directly by Vodka Lab. If most of them are Russian or Polish, there are also some French bottles (a vodka produced on the island of Ré). Cheers!
