Launched in 2005, this association today has 47 members throughout the department of Ille-et-Vilaine. The objective: ensure the quality and traceability of their products to enhance their customer loyalty. Throughout the year, butchers, butcups or caterers of the group offer promotional offers, especially on Wednesday. In turn, the blue cords, skewers, sausages, burgundy beef and burgundy are reduced by significant reductions. You can enjoy a package of quality meat within the range of all awards, but also delicious catering dishes: leak pie and ankles, old black scapegoat, Breton campaign pâté, chicken columbo… Offers are varied and regular.
