La brûlerie Jouenard is a coffee house founded 52 years ago this year by Mr. Jouenard, who roasted his own coffee beans in the shop to prepare one of his 10 famous house blends. Today, this tradition continues in the hands of his son Philippe, even though the coffee is no longer roasted as it used to be in the shop. The recipes are part of the family secrets, which have made the reputation of the roastery with Italian, Dutch, mocha, and even a natural decaffeinated blend! In the shop, you will find a craftsmanship and a knowledge of coffee that will make you dream when you think that there are more than 500 varieties of coffee in the world. Philippe Jouénard, the son of the creator of the coffee factory, welcomes you with a smile. He works with coffees from all over the world. As soon as you enter, the handle in the shape of a golden coffee bean sets the tone, and the jute bags filled with beans give off a most bewitching aroma. The shop also offers a beautiful selection of teas - exclusively Dammann - with more than 140 blends, Miss Dammann tea jellies, as well as the jams of La Cour d'Orgères and small sweets from our region like the Petits Croquants de Vignoc.
