Rennes' eleven libraries offer a treasure trove of literary wonders for book lovers and the curious. With a shared card from the Champs Libres library, you can borrow up to twelve books, CDs or DVDs from any of these libraries for a period of four weeks. You can also access press content online at https://www.lesmediatheques-rennesmetropole.fr/. The ability to borrow from one library and return to another is very practical. Each library has a unique catalog, inviting you to explore the different sites and take advantage of their distinct offerings. What's more, admission, entertainment and membership are completely free. Their website is an excellent resource, providing information on library events, the shared catalog and a calendar of events.
