Based on a concept originating in Toulouse, Nicolas and Tristan founded their Breton counterpart, Rennes En boîte le plat. The idea: to offer returnable glass boxes to replace disposable containers in the takeaway sector. Once you've finished your meal, you can return the box to one of the network's stores, or keep it for personal use. Many restaurants have joined the project. You can find a map of the stores offering this service on the website, or have your meals delivered using this system, thanks to Les Coursiers rennais.
