CFTC (CONFÉDÉRATION FRANÇAISE DES TRAVAILLEURS CHRÉTIENS)

TCRC provides support to families in both the company and the territories. It does so in the context of paritarisme (social protection, housing…) but also in relation to the public authorities. Their aim is to take into account all the dimensions of the person (employee, parent, associative actor…) in the framework of the work. On the different stages of working life, the TCRC will therefore be able to examine the risks of breaks and consider measures that do not exist today but which could either avoid them or allow them to recover after such breaks. For the TCRC, it is above all a question of avoiding a spiral towards precariousness and allowing the construction of the professional route and the mobility chosen.
