Created in 1982, the Dojo Rennais offers you the opportunity to practice martial arts, sports activities as well as well-being activities, according to the Japanese tradition, in a place that is much more than a sports hall: a lively, inhabited, animated place, where users can practice and build relationships. Organized according to age groups and levels, classes are held throughout the day: judo, aikido, ninjutsu, fitness, yoga, tai chi chuan, Brazilian jiu jitsu...
