In this street of undeniable charm, you'll discover a haven of fine dining, a real favorite. It's a place where you can cook from scratch. Young chef Maxime Juette already has a solid track record. The choice of producers and good local produce from land and sea are part of his daily routine. We come back for the consistency and deliciousness of the dishes (everything is delicious), like the crispy buckwheat andouille and scallops flavored with truffle oil. The dining room, with its brick fireplace converted into a cellar, lacks neither cachet nor conviviality. It's always nice to chat with the chef when he appears in the dining room. What a discovery!
