Meaning "Sharing" in ancient Greek, Méréo opened in late 2023 with a concept of creatively cooked tapas. The large table at the entrance lends itself well to this conviviality, but the two of us also come to discover the fine, delicious work of young chef Pierre Guiard, who cut his teeth at Ducasse and specializes in plated desserts. There's a real sense of aesthetics and flavor in every proposal. We tasted oysters snacked on a Japanese barbecue, served with a raspberry compote, or scallops from the Bay of Erquy, with their puffed buckwheat and hints of yuzu: it's divine. Save room for dessert!

In the kitchen, Pierre Guiard and chef Cédric Grolet create a world of taste steeped in international experience. They select the best products from local suppliers to provide you with entirely homemade dishes. The restaurant's open kitchen lets you observe the chefs' creations for an immersive experience. Let yourself be tempted by tapas and creative desserts, accompanied by original and singular wines. For example, try the Angus beef carpaccio in marinade with beet pickles, fried onions and pomegranate seeds. For dessert, you can choose between cheese, exotic and vanilla. A great plan to enjoy with friends and family!

Cuisine excellente et service au top, expérience a revivre avec les nouveaux plats à venir de saison.
Top 3 : tataki de thon, poulpe snacké et brioche maquereau pour les plats, et desserts juste sublimes.
Le moins : la chantilly café un peu intense avec la tartelette de champignons.
On recommande fortement !
