Located in western Rennes, Le Ciel de Rennes is at the heart of the Culinary Center. Chef Jean-Marie Baudic is committed to a cuisine that promotes good eating. Using products selected for their taste and nutritional quality (Bleu-Blanc-Cœur), the chef and his brigade create bold, seasonal gourmet dishes. At lunch or dinner, you'll be amazed by their creativity, as with this pea soup, white chocolate ganache and strawberries, or this tuna confit, watermelon and green beans. C'est assez particulier comme lieu, c'est très différent des autres restaurants que j'ai pu découvrir. Deuxième étage rooftop, un vendredi midi on est bien là-bas. Le personnel est très j'ai beaucoup apprécié le repas.

Très bon accueil, très bonne cuisine ! Salle très spacieuse...compte-tenu de l'histoire du lieu, pas spécialement romantique mais très agréable...belle surprise ! Très bien pour un repas d'affaires !
