This is an establishment that needs no introduction. for 20 years, Paris-New-York has stood out for its evolving, subtle and meticulous cuisine. Here, time zones are matched by wine. The menu features a wide range of biodynamic, classic and organic wines. Chef Barbier's dishes reflect the image of the place, warm and contemporary: red tuna a la plancha, hollandaise sauce and black garlic with green asparagus, Azélia chocolate mousse, carrot-ginger coulis, cocoa-buckwheat shortbread. The menu also caters for allergy sufferers and plant lovers. The restaurant may be a little out of the way, but its easy access gives you every reason to visit.
