Laurent Prieur is no stranger to the social economy scene in Rennes. After co-creating the bookshop L'établi des mots, in 2022 he launched a new project: Pépites in the Maurepas district. A workplace integration restaurant and cooperative bistro, Pépites welcomes people who have lost touch with the workforce, helping them to re-enter the professional world. At lunchtime, you can enjoy delicious seasonal dishes concocted by chef Marie: honey-roasted carrots, cannelloni chè̤vre-épinards, flan coco antillais... On Friday evenings and Saturdays, the space hosts events in conjunction with neighborhood associations and residents.
