This is the new cantine in this quiet neighborhood! As soon as you step through the door, you'll be surprised by the original atmosphere: on the first floor, a subdued glass roof; upstairs, a succession of rooms that give the impression of walking through a vintage apartment, including a Formica kitchen and a wooden clock! On the menu, the signature dish - homemade sausage and creamy mashed potatoes - sits alongside a vegetarian menu and other bistro-style recipes. In the evening, it's time for "grosses grailles", dishes to be shared table d'hôtes-style, and sausages... by the metre, this time! Special mention for the ultra-inventive sweet and savory cocktail menu, such as the "Courge Forest": armagnac, blueberry syrup and honey, pumpkin juice and ginger.
Un seul bémol : notre place nous a mis juste à côté d'une porte qui s'ouvrait vers l'extérieur... Un peu frais pour la saison.....!
