The Saint-Sauveur restaurant is located in the third oldest house in Rennes, a former canons' residence dating back to the 15th century. This institution nestled in the heart of the old city is a perfect place to have lunch or dinner. This establishment has the charm of these places that we find for the quality of their dishes and the accuracy of their prices. We eat well and without ruining ourselves. The walls are covered with a natural grey whitewash paint. The fireplace and the beautiful parquet floor are reminiscent of an outdated era. Flat questions, everything is done with grace and finesse. And we'll make your mouth water as we talk about asparagus cream with salmon tataki, tiger-and-wet beef or royal sea bream steak. Dishes that are simply balanced and tasty.
