Breizh'ilien is the fusion of two food lovers. Régis and Maria offer no less than 30 pizzas, as generous as they are surprising. For Régis, a pizza maker since 1989, setting up in Rennes was a real return to his roots. The pizzas are made with flour from the Moulin de la Charbonnière in Saint-Grégoire. Here, Guérande salt and olive oil are added. Special mention for the Roahzon, a pizza version of the galette-saucisse. And for pineapple lovers, this is the place to be.
