Coppa is not a restaurant, but an ethical fast-food restaurant of premium pizzas. The service is fast and each pizza is made according to an artisanal process with fresh and quality products (mozzarella di bufala PDO, parmiggiano, Parma ham). The dough is matured for 4 to 6 days at low temperature, which gives it that lightness, crispness and softness. The drinks are organic and the desserts are homemade. And because we know all the generosity of Italian cuisine, do not hesitate to add extra ingredients.

Pour un fast food, la qualité est vraiment au rdv ! Les pizzas sont vraiment très bonnes, pas forcément très généreuses, mais pour le prix c'est vraiment correct. Et puis si on veut davantage de garniture, on peut rajouter de la mozza ou tout autre ingrédient.
Service à n'importe quel heure l'après-midi et pizza cuite minute.
L'ambiance green est très sympa
