Just 100 m from the station, this intimate address orchestrated by chef Guillaume Jouan revisits the traditional sandwich with his signature creation: the "Jean Bon"! Coupel's buckwheat bread features pulled pork cooked at 100°C in local beer and honey, red cabbage confit in cider, grilled Roscoff onions with pommes grenailles confit and a sauce of ribot milk, Greek yoghurt and fresh herbs. You can also opt for a galette saucisse before hopping on your train. And don't forget that the address has been approved by the famous TV show "C'est meilleur quand c'est bon".
J'ai eu des mauvaises expériences avec les adresses de cette chaine mais celle-ci foncée. 9€50 pour un sandwich travaillé qui vous fait découvrir différentes saveurs c'est un très bon rapport qualité prix !
