The subdued atmosphere and the walls covered with coloured hangings are reminiscent of certain troglodyte temples in Asia. The Dolma is a true Tibetan escape from the bewildering daily grind, a hearty and almost meditative break from eating. The prices are undeniably humble, and the discreet and charming welcome introduces you to the history of a country that can be deciphered from the menu itself: Indian, Chinese and Nepalese inspirations, and a willingness to deal with these influences in order to claim its own identity. We recommend the momos, steamed meat ravioli, typical and delicious!
