À la thaï ! makes a point of working with traditional Thai cuisine prepared in its 3 food trucks, the latest of which - a superb Citroën HY facelift - is used for private and professional events. Transported to Bangkok, the dishes fill us with their delicate aromas. The flavors of yellow curry, sweet-and-sour sauce, Thai chives, lime and star anise are always skilfully mastered. As for the chili, you can choose the density. You won't leave without a few local anecdotes from Bertrand, Nana's husband, who regales us with his delicious dishes. Special mention to his supreme massaman!
