Japanese cuisine at its highest level! At the back of the Saint-Germain church, in the historic setting of a restored 18th century cellar, surrounded by the raw and natural aspect of ashlar and wooden beams, you enter a Zen setting with warm minimalism. Exposed beams, stone walls, a touch of greenery, fresh flowers, a subdued and calm atmosphere reproduce the purest spirit of Japanese tea houses. Fuji is a real institution validated by connoisseurs: it is frequented by the Rennes community of Japanese expatriates who never tire of it! You have to book to avoid the terrible frustration of not having a place there, especially at weekends! And with good reason: the products are fresh, tasty and of high quality. The menu is the most extensive of its kind: in addition to nigiri, maki and sashimi, there are other specialities such as tokoyaki (octopus balls), gyoza (chicken and vegetable ravioli) or the sunomo salad of fish, seaweed and marinated vegetables. As for desserts, we love frozen mochi and mochi that we would eat endlessly and without hunger. Accompany it all with a traditional grilled tea and you should embark on a moment of pure delight. To put on your To Do List at all costs!
Sushi maki le riz est sec pour le wok il faut trouver la sauce et l'amabilité des employés est inexistant.
Beaucoup de choix mais pas en qualité ! Et trop chère.
