After opening a restaurant in the Saint-Hélier district, Korean chef Young Ran Joo has set up a second establishment near Colombier, offering a bistro formula with equally tasty dishes. Here, the most popular dish is bibimbap: rice served with 6 vegetables, a fried egg and marinated beef or tofu, with spicy sauce or soy sauce with sesame oil. In the bistro spirit, you can also enjoy tapas to share: vegetable fritters, Korean rice rolls, rice cakes and sausage brochettes... accompanied by fruit juice or passion fruit lemonade. A perfect lunchtime option!
