From the top of his 4 employees, P'tit Gallo is truly a human-sized enterprise. The love of nature is the first thing that unites them and enables them to ensure the quality of their products. On its 55 hectares, the farm of P'tit Gallo has about dairy cows, blessed and dorlotées: and this can be enjoyed in their products. For the delight of each taste buds, come and discover their milk (yoghurt, rice, fresh cream, white cheese) produced by cows who enjoy rich grazing throughout the year. A manufacturing that respects the product and knows how to play with flavours and processes. It is good and we love these nuances which remind us of the desserts of yesteryear or of our grandmother. A love of their profession that sees itself: we love the shop and these multiple organic products that showcase other producers in the corner.
