Nous avions investi en septembre 2016 dans deux canapés en cuir pleine fleur CALIA modèle Julius (dont 1 électrique), auprès des Etablissement SEIGNEUR, ZA Decoparc de Montgermont 35720. Cet ensemble présentant des défauts de finition, Monsieur SEIGNEUR est intervenu auprès du fabricant en Italie afin de solutionner nos problèmes. Nos canapés ont été soigneusement réadressés au fabricant CALIA ; durant cette intervention, Monsieur SEIGNEUR n'a cessé d'être à nos côtés afin de nous informer au mieux, nous prêtant même un salon d'appoint.
La vente n'est pas le seul but de cet établissement, la finalité est avant tout la satisfaction du client, et nous remercions vivement Monsieur SEIGNEUR pour ce dialogue toujours constructif et "amical".
