Bistronomic address with an excellent quality-price ratio, offering new flavors with local and divine products

Created 45 years ago, La Petite Auberge is an institution. In the hands of Marie-José and Olivier Carissan since 2016, the bistronomic address is first and foremost a warm place where people love to receive and share. The work with local producers is well developed. The chef draws divine products from local market gardeners and farmers, which he sublimates with talent. At lunchtime on weekdays, you can choose between the market menu or the blind menu, while at weekends you can explore new flavors and wines made directly with the winemakers. A wonderful surprise!

Dîner parfait : accueil et service de Marie au top et la cuisine délicieuse du chef Olivier avec que des produits locaux. Sans oublier leurs bières artisanales qu'ils ont créé avec la brasserie Skalf. Restaurant incontournable près de Fougères où nous prenons plaisir d'y retourner régulièrement en famille.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Marie a été aux petits soins pour nous. Mais surtout nous nous sommes regalés, c est frais, coloré , succuleusement cuisiné , très raffiné . C est une excellente adresse et le prix n est pas excessif vu la qualité des produits. merci

Absolute Empfehlung!!! Hier hatten wir den krönenden Abschluss unseres Urlaubes. Der Empfang und der gesamte Service war wahnsinnig sympathisch und wir fühlten uns direkt sehr wohl. Wir hatten das 6-Gang-Überraschungsmenue und haben dies zu keiner Sekunde bereut. Dass all diese fantastischen Gerichte von nur einem Mann in der Küche gezaubert wurden verdient unseren ganzen Respekt. Die Küche bietet absolutes Sterneniveau und sollte dementsprechend geadelt werden. PERFEKT!
