Restaurant nestled in the village of La Bouexière, offering a menu that evolves with market products.

Tucked away in the village of La Bouexière, in a beautifully renovated stone building with a contemporary decor, the Bistrot des Saveurs has all the makings of a delightful stopover. Every week, the menu evolves with market produce - with two starters and as many main courses and desserts - and a few additional dishes on the slate. In the evenings and at weekends, a more elaborate menu appears: marinated pluma de cochon with home fries, duck magret, retour de pêche and trio of quinoa with wild garlic join the menu as the seasons change. Reservations recommended.

Une très bonne soirée passée dans ce restaurant. Un accueil chaleureux, des produits régionaux de qualité et une présentation des plats qui ne demandent qu'à être déguster. Très bonne expérience ! Un repas de Noël en famille très goutu et sympathique. L'équipe du restaurant est très professionnelle avec une attention très personnalisée malgré la grande tablée de 19 personnes.
