The decor is meticulous, as are the welcome and service. With a new chef at the helm, the cuisine is gourmet, traditional and easy-drinking. Pleasant, generous dishes such as tajine-style lamb mouse, veal chuck confit with thyme and mashed potatoes, or fillet of sea bass with parsnip mousseline. A very good table doloise.
