A service that leaves something to be desired.
Our fridge was diagnosed non reparable at the end of 3 months and waiting for the refrigerator that we had lend was in a unacceptable state and people who tell us on the telephone even clean it us...
In short I do not please them for their service...

Le technicien qui est venu à confirmer que ce n'était pas dû à un défaut d'utilisation et que l'appareil était en parfait état mais que cela venait du joint qui était défectueux. Quand nous avons reçu le devis, le vice caché n'était pas stipulé et nous avons même dû payer le déplacement pour un devis...
Malgré plusieurs relances auprès de l'établissement, on nous refuse toujours la mention "vice-caché" et le pire c'est que mon dernier interlocuteur me dit que je me sers mal de mon lave-linge top et qu'il faut fermer le couvercle après utilisation conformément aux directives de la marque. Or le mode d'emploi stipule de laisser le couvercle OUVERT.
Même en ayant fourni ses éléments au réparateur, on refuse de m'indiquer "vice-caché" sur mon devis, et le pire, c'est qu'on ne me répond pas...
Je ne vais pas payer près de 200€ de réparation pour un lave-linge qui m'en a coûté le double...
