The ducks are raised in the open air for twelve weeks on farms near Chanteloup. They are then force-fed at Le Closelle for two weeks with corn, twice a day, then processed in the laboratory. The carefully selected foies gras are offered fresh, to be prepared and cooked (in 400g vacuum-packed boxes and canned). Do not hesitate to reserve and order before the holidays. Of course, this artisanal company also sells duck breast, confits, manchons, rillettes... as well as smoked salmon.
