A bistronomic cuisine in a restaurant with a terrace near Rennes.

Close to the Vilaine river, there's nothing better than settling down on the Zest terrace to enjoy a menu bursting with exotic notes! Inside, the Cuban music, taupe tones and niches dotted with small objects make you want to travel. The à la carte menu features the fusio-bistronomic cuisine of chef Grégory Hamon. We salivate over sea bass ceviche, monkfish confit, espuma with Breton karigoss and garlic confit, Paimpol coconut with piquillos and roasted autumn vegetables, and pavlova meringue with green fruit. All delicious!

Nous avons passé un excellent moment au restaurant zest. Le service est très soigné et les plats tous incroyables, il y a beaucoup de recherche et de travail dans les assiettes proposées, c'est un régal tant au niveau des pupilles que des papilles ! Nous le recommandons et ne manquerons pas de revenir. Merci beaucoup.

Un petit groupe de 8, nous avons pris un plat à la carte saumon et dorade délicieux, fondant au chocolat ou tarte tatin très bien.
