A bistronomic cuisine in a restaurant with a terrace near Rennes.

Close to the Vilaine river, there's nothing better than settling down on the Zest terrace to enjoy a menu bursting with exotic notes! Inside, the Cuban music, taupe tones and niches dotted with small objects make you want to travel. The à la carte menu features the fusio-bistronomic cuisine of chef Grégory Hamon. We salivate over sea bass ceviche, monkfish confit, espuma with Breton karigoss and garlic confit, Paimpol coconut with piquillos and roasted autumn vegetables, and pavlova meringue with green fruit. All delicious!

C'est la deuxième fois que nous allons dans ce restaurant, c'est vraiment parfait de l'entrée au dessert ! Le rapport qualité-prix du menu est excellent. Les produits sont vraiment bien travaillés, frais et de saison ! Je ne peux que recommander, nous reviendrons
